Today in Sports History with Paul- May 1st

Today, we take a look back at two performances that have only happened once in NBA playoff history. On May 1st, 1988 Michael Jordan became the first and only player to score 50 points in consecutive playoff games. In the Bulls' first round match-up against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Michael Jordan scored 50 points in game 1 and then topped that by scoring 55 points in game 2 to lead the Bulls to a 2-0 series lead. The Bulls would go on to win the series 3-2. This was just the beginning of Michael Jordan's dominance in the NBA and becoming arguably the greatest basketball player of all time. Enjoy some vintage highlights from the back to back 50 point games.

Have a great weekend!
